From Big Sur is an experimental rock n' roll band from Lansing, Michigan. They have
released five albums of original material since 2009 that are available across all digital
platforms including Bandcamp, Spotify, Amazon and iTunes. The band has a large
catalog of originals and covers that they play live. The covers range from 1930's blues
to present day surprises but mostly songs from the 60's. The group plays shows all
across Michigan and tailors each show to that particular venue.
When international recording artist Tyler Bryant stopped into Lansing From Big Sur
was handpicked to open for the guitar virtuoso. From Big Sur has also enjoyed a fruitful
relationship with Rebel Pictures in which they've had songs included on multiple
soundtracks. The Rebel Pictures short Two For The Show not only features some
